Over his illustrious career, he has held various leadership roles within the NHS including Chief Operating Officer at NHS England, London Regional Director, and Group Chief Executive of the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. Under Sir David’s leadership, the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust became one of the most respected institutions in the UK’s healthcare landscape, known for its commitment to excellence in both clinical outcomes and patient experience.

Sir David has also been instrumental in developing healthcare policy and strategy, with a focus on improving healthcare accessibility, efficiency, and outcomes. His knowledge of healthcare systems, governance, and operational management will be invaluable to HomeLink Healthcare as we continue to expand our services and enhance our offerings.
