Tracy has over 35 years’ experience in healthcare working as a paramedic and manager in two ambulance trusts, She was proud to receive her long service and good conduct medal, overseeing all the healthcare within a prison, providing a Covid-19 response and latterly leading on several urgent treatment centres.
