As Regional Lead Natalie has the oversight of the services in London, supporting the Clinical Leads to deliver safe, quality driven care to our patients and assisting to achieve the KPI’s. Her role also involves supporting the mobilisation clinically, of new services for the business.
Natalie qualified over 20yrs ago as a nurse and spent the majority of that time in the NHS as a Trauma and Orthopaedics nurse. Having fulfilled senior roles for many years, she ventured into private healthcare to continue her support of the NHS, by freeing up capacity in Trust with hospital at home services. Her focus has always been creating the right teams to be able to deliver patient centred care.
Natalie says: “HomeLink Healthcare’s values and beliefs resonate with my own which is ensuring the patient is at the heart of everything we do. Being able to work with like-minded people makes this Company a pleasure to work in.”
