As Head of Nursing, Natalie has oversight of all services, supporting the Clinical Leads to deliver safe, quality-driven care to our patients and assisting to achieve the KPIs. Her role also involves supporting the mobilisation clinically, of new services for the business.

Natalie qualified over 20 years ago as a nurse and spent the majority of that time in the NHS as a Trauma and Orthopaedics Nurse. Having fulfilled senior roles for many years, she ventured into private healthcare to continue her support of the NHS, by freeing up capacity in Trusts with hospital at home services. Her focus has always been creating the right teams to be able to deliver patient-centred care.
