Kathryn’s role as Client Services Manager is to support our NHS partners in managing existing services and identifying new opportunities to enhance capacity solutions through virtual ward and Hospital at Home services.
Kathryn has over 20 years’ experience within private healthcare businesses, with the last 10 years being focused on the operational delivery of Hospital at Home and virtual ward services.
Kathryn started her career as a physiotherapist within the NHS, eventually specialising in occupational health and ergonomics within the food manufacturing industry. She was also an executive board member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics.
Having worked alongside many HomeLink Healthcare staff in previous roles, Kathryn was keen to join a growing business dedicated to improving patient flow and offering patients the opportunity to complete their clinical care at home.
