Gretchen says: “My career in healthcare spans nearly 30 years, during which I’ve had the privilege of working as a nurse and a midwife. This extensive experience has been incredibly beneficial in my role as a clinical recruiter, as it has given me a deep understanding of the requirements and nuances of the field.

At HomeLink Healthcare, my mission is to discover and recruit remarkable individuals who bring their unique skills and experiences to our already exceptional team. Throughout my career, I have worked internationally in both private and public health sectors, as well as in business. My dedication to patient care and client interaction has always been a cornerstone of my professional life.

For over a decade, I led a large team in a hospital setting, which underscored the importance of selecting the right person for the team. I firmly believe that the right person doesn’t just fit into the team; they enhance it, bringing in new perspectives and strengths. I take great pride in ensuring that all my clients, patients, and staff receive the best possible experience, from beginning to end.

HomeLink Healthcare is a fantastic place to work and I’m incredibly proud to be part of this team. I initially joined as a bank nurse in 2017 and transitioned to my current role in recruitment at the start of 2018.

What drew me to HomeLink was the passion of our Senior Leadership Team who were committed to making a positive difference in collaboration with the NHS. Their vision resonated with me deeply.
