April’s role is to support the development of clinical pathways from inception through to delivery ensuring safe and effective pathways that are patient centred an outcome focused. April also supports with the investigation of patient safety concerns, incident management and CQC inspections.
April has had a varied career path to date, specialising early in within the field of respiratory medicine where she spent most of my time at Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. Here she honed her clinical skills and developed her interest for research. She has worked as a senior manager within both the acute and community setting and have a wealth of experience in bed management and operational challenges.
