Andy’s role encompasses the development of new services and nurturing our current services to deliver the most benefit for patients and health systems in London and the East of England. I Work closely with my clinical and operational colleagues to ensure that NHS commissioning and provider organisations get the very best out of HomeLink Healthcare.

Andy’s introduction to healthcare came while at IBM UK, bringing global experience and expertise to the NHS including a first use of predictive analytics to commissioning and a transformation of the NHS payroll system. Time at Optum (United Health) provided an insight into Population Health and the importance of joined up data to inform decision making.

Andy’s says: “It’s the people at HomeLink that make the difference. I work with some amazing colleagues who are inspirational in their dedication to patient care. I feel good hat we’re really making a difference to the NHS system by freeing up hospital beds and to patients by getting them home earlier.”
