The recruitment process

Can you play a part in our future?

At HomeLink Healthcare, you will have quality time with patients. Our accessible electronic patient record system means there’s no need for endless paperwork, so during visits you will be able to give all your attention to patients. You will see the benefit you bring and how your work has a real impact on their recovery.

We are led by clinicians, have a supportive management culture, and provide 24/7 in-house clinical support. This means that you can always have a conversation with a clinician who understands your questions.

Before you apply please check the following:

  • Nurses must be NMC-registered and have a minimum of three years’ post registration experience.
  • Physiotherapists and occupational therapists require valid HCPC registration and a minimum of three years’ experience.
  • Healthcare assistants must have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a minimum of three years’ experience.
  • All applicants are required to have the right to work in the UK.
  • We visit our patients in their own homes so access to a vehicle is essential.

Before applying it is worth doing some research on HomeLink Healthcare. You will find lots of information on this website. Read the job description and think about how these points are covered in your CV. Think of some experiences which demonstrate your skills for the role you are applying for. We will be keen to hear of your achievements and how you overcame challenges. Remember to ask lots of questions. If you are considering moving to a new role, you will want to consider whether HomeLink Healthcare is the right employer for you.
